We collect the personal data that you may volunteer while using our services. You will be asked to provide personal data when completing our ‘contact us’ form.

Should you become a client of Spire HR we will hold employee and company information on our secure servers for as long as you continue to use our services. Information will be transferred between Spire HR and your company either via email with password protected documents or via our Spire portal.
In the event that you no longer wish to use the services of Spire HR, any information on your company will be retained for a period of 6 years after the date of termination to comply with our legal requirements.
We ask that all of our clients disclose in their Employee privacy notices that their personal data may be shared with Spire HR as a third party.
We may from time to time contact you via email regarding additional services that we offer in our portfolio.

On occasion we may transfer data or information about your employees with a third party legal representative. This will be on a specific case by case basis and only with your prior consent.
