Meet our new team member Trinity

Meet our newest full-time team member, Trinity who has joined Spire HR in 2021.
We are so excited to have her on board, and cannot wait to see what the new year will bring, now that our team has grown. So, over to Trinity to find out more about her.

Why are you passionate about HR?

I find it a very interesting field to work in, there is always something different happening.
What does a day in Spire HR look like for you?
A day at SpireHR for me consist of putting together contracts, checking right to work documents, sending out references. Along with assisting clients with any queries, updating policies and handbooks.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

Currently trying to get back into the gym! I love going for meals out with my friends.

What is it about Spire HR, that made you want to go for this position?
It’s a great opportunity to expand my skills and knowledge with a well-respected company.

Everyone during the interview stages was so friendly which makes you feel a lot more at ease knowing what type of environment you are going into.

Your goals for 2022?

To gain my CIPD qualification, and for my personal goal to travel more.

What are you hoping to learn?

I’m hoping to expand my skills overall, I’m currently doing an apprenticeship course which is brilliant!

What would you say are your top strengths?

I always want to learn more and do as much as I can to get involved.

Your advice for someone who wants to start a career in HR?

Look into what courses are out there, there are a lot of websites to gather information from. Ask to shadow your HR Manager if you have one and ask to sit in on meetings if your employer allows you to.
