Towards the back end of 2021, we saw a big shift in employee salaries and a general pattern of potential candidates wanting more from their employer. Hybrid working seems to be at the top of everyone’s wish list following the numerous lockdowns.

According to the PayScale Index (, there was a 2.7% increase in salaries during the third quarter of 2021! This, along with the National Minimum Wage increases has seen a significant increase for employers to remain competitive in the job market.
